3. Non-Bargaining Unit (NBU) and School-Based Administrators Compensation
   Motions:
   

   I recommend the School Board approve the revised and new salary schedules for non-bargaining unit (NBU) employees and school-based administrators as submitted.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Agenda Item #1: Approval of Revised Salary Schedules for School Principals and Assistant Principals. Agenda Item #2: Approval of Revised Salary Schedule for Administrative/Professional/Managerial Employees. Agenda Item #3: Approval of New Performance-Based Salary Schedule for Miscellaneous Employees. Agenda Item #4: Approval of Revised Salary Schedule for Confidential Employees. At Dr. Richmond's request, Mike Burke, Budget Director, reviewed the comparison of these recommendations compared to the current CTA settlement. Dr. Robinson questioned what steps the District has in place to retain high performing teachers and principals. Dr. Robinson questioned the salary increase for community school Assistant Principals.
